Finance Director


Chief Justice Cheri Beasley for Supreme Court of NC is hiring a Finance Director to begin promptly. The Finance Director will be responsible for fundraising operations, call time management, event coordinating and will report to the managing consultant. 


Description

  • Facilitate Finance Operations 

    • Database management

    • Call sheet printing, tracking, logging

    • Contribution collection and delivery

    • Donor coding


  • Donor Relations

    • Staff call time and donor meetings

    • Facilitate pledge communications

    • Facilitate thank you communications

    • Research and prospecting


  • Event Planning

    • Event planning and support for fundraising events

      • Communicate with hosts

      • Support host committees to plan and build fundraising events

Abilities/Skills

At least on cycle experience in fundraising. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required. Must be organized, have a willingness to learn new skills, and take direction well. An ideal candidate has a great attitude, demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of responsibilities and assignments and is familiar with typical fundraising mechanisms for political campaigns.  


Details

Full Time

$3500 - $4500/month

Travel expected in and out of state
