Seeking Finance Director for Female Challenger in targeted, Red-to-Blue Congressional 

Duties will include but not be limited to

• Creation, Management, and Oversight of Campaign Finance Plan
• Working with Campaign Manager to Ensure Goals are Met
• Updating and Projecting Campaign Cash Flow
• Hiring and Managing Finance Staff
• Overseeing Call Time Manager and Establishing Call Time Plan
• Managing Relationships with Established Donors 
• Prospecting and Building New Donor Relationships 
• Updating and Working with Regional Directors for DCCC & EMILY's List 
• Setting up and Managing In-District & National Fundraising Events

Required Qualifications:

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ·Highly organized and attention to detail
•  Team player interested in learning and communicating on campaign team
  
• Access to reliable transportation, computer, and cell phone
  
• Proficiency with Act Blue, Microsoft Excel, & NGP
  
• Prior experience targeting and researching contributors
