SUMMARY:

NextGen Climate is currently seeking experienced, detail-oriented Data Directors to join our state teams throughout the country for the 2016 cycle. The Data Director will oversee the data program in their state and provide reporting and analysis to the state and national teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining a data system for tracking volunteer and voter data

Working with multiple data sets to streamline the organization’s field efforts

Tracking organizational progress and developing comprehensive reports

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

At least one previous campaign cycle as staff

Administrative experience with VAN

Excellent organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Proficiency in SQL

Able to adapt rapidly to evolving priorities and deadlines

Driven with a strong work ethic

Ability to work flexible hours
