UPDATE: First-term congresswoman seeks Finance Director

A Democratic congresswoman seeks an experienced Finance Director for the 2020 cycle. The candidate is a first-term member representing a competitive Midwestern district that flipped in 2018.

REQUIRED:

• Finance experience on a congressional campaign or similar, preferably multiple cycles (this not an entry-level position)
• Ability to work independently and run a finance program with limited supervision
• Familiarity with NGP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfort communicating with donors and organizations as well as Members of Congress
• Ability to work flex hours to accommodate the Congresswoman's schedule and availability
• Willingness to relocate to Washington, DC and eventually to the district
• Some travel

PREFERRED:

• Background in all aspects of campaign fundraising, including call time, events, email/digital, and finance plan management
• Experience working directly and extensively with a candidate or Member
• Experience managing more junior staff
