Northeast House Campaign Seeks Finance Assistant

DCCC targeted House campaign is seeking a full time Finance Assistant to work closely with the candidate and leadership team on execution of an aggressive finance plan. The ideal candidate will have at least one cycle of political campaign experience, preferably in a finance department and be available to begin immediately. Supporter housing is available.

 

Responsibilities:

·      Conduct donor research

·      Execute methodical pledge and donor follow-up

·      Maintain donor database

·      Support fundraising event planning and logistics

·      Prepare candidate for donor meetings and call time

·      Staff candidate call time

·      Process contributions

 

Qualified applicants will:

·      Have a working knowledge of NGP VAN

·      Be driven, creative, resourceful and excel under pressure

·      Be goal-oriented and have a strong work ethic

·      Be willing and eager to work long hours and weekends

·      Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Have strong organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail
