Job Summary
Primarily responsible for data entry, the Compliance Associate works closely with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure the accuracy of contribution and disbursement data across all End Citizens United systems. From file imports and exports to managing ECU’s best efforts program, the Compliance Associate exercises keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Importing and keying contribution and disbursement data into NGP
· Exporting QuickBooks data for reporting
· Reviewing contributions and disbursements for accuracy
· Managing ECU’s Best Efforts Program
· Assisting in report preparation and filing
· Maintaining contribution and vendor files
The Compliance Associate can also expect to perform a number of ad hoc duties and special projects.
To be successful in this role, the Compliance Associate should possess:
· Experience with Excel
· Meticulous attention to detail
· The ability to be flexible and adapt to changes
· A strong work ethic
· Commitment to honesty and integrity
· One to two years of experience
· Bachelor’s degree
