Statewide Field Director Position
The ideal candidate is a people-oriented, experienced organizer who is familiar with Vermont politics and/or activism, who is motivated to build a field outreach effort to support a grassroots statewide campaign. Ability to work independently and effective communication are key to this position. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Must show strong proficiency and skills in external community outreach skills; volunteer recruitment, engagement and management; event planning; issue-based organizing campaign building and implementation skills; and data management. Past political campaign experience a plus, but not required.
Required skills: People-oriented; detail oriented; able to work independently and collaboratively; able to meet deadlines; Excel and Google platform skills.
