Congressman John Delaney’s Presidential Campaign
is seeking a New Hampshire Outreach Director. The Outreach Director will be
responsible for implementing and executing the campaign strategy in New Hampshire
as well as establishing relationships between the campaign and key people and
organizations throughout the state. Candidates must be able to work
strategically with staff to plan and schedule political events throughout New
Hampshire. A passion for electing Democrats is required as is the ability to
work long hours, including some nights and weekends, and manage logistics for
campaign events.
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Candidates will have extensive prior campaign experience in New Hampshire;
- Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, experience meeting deadlines, and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously;
- Must have the ability to manage and interact with a team both in office and remotely;
- Responsible for speaking on behalf of the campaign at local Democratic club and central committee meetings;
- Staff Congressman Delaney at events throughout the state;
- A good sense of humor and ability to work in a team are musts;
- Be willing to support other campaign operations as necessary;
- Applicants must provide their own laptop and have access to a car.
