Overall Description:

The 2018 North Dakota Coordinated Campaign (NDCC) is seeking a Campus Organizing Director. The Campus Organizing Director will be responsible for recruiting, training and managing a team of Campus Organizers across the state to ensure that we engage, educate and turnout student voters

Responsibilities:

• Hiring, training, and coaching a team of Campus Organizers

• Manage Campus Organizers to reach specific goals that fit into the NDCC’s statewide field plan

• Identify and communicate campus needs up the chain of command to statewide Organizing Leadership

• Develop multi-phase Campus Organizing Plans for organizer and volunteer development in assigned campuses

Requirements:

• Passionate about electing Democrats

• Skilled in team-based organizing

• Train-the-trainer mentality

• Comfortable with managing from metrics and has an understanding of field data

• Familiarity with campaign technology platforms including VAN

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• High level of personal accountability and ability to work in self-directed manner

• Able to drive self to meet deadlines, take ownership over and excel at projects

Pay:

Salary commensurate with experience
