Position Summary:
Progressive Turnout Project seeks applicants for District Operations
Director roles in targeted races across the country. This is a great
opportunity for experienced field staff looking to take the next step in their
career and gain additional experience.
The District Operations Director will work in coordination with the District
Field Director to increase voter turnout, elect Democrats, and resist the
Trump agenda. The District Operations Director will be the primary manager on
the ground for all HR and office management tasks, and will assist in
voter contact and coaching Field Representatives as needed.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, well-organized, comfortable leading
staff both in the office and in the field, an experienced canvasser, and
proficient in NGP VAN.
This is a full-time paid position based in targeted races across the country,
reporting to the Regional Field Director. Compensation offered will be
commensurate with experience. Position is eligible for benefits, including
employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, FSA, 401(k),
student loan stipend, public transportation stipend, paid time off, and
paid holidays.
