Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Campaign Manager to design and implement a field plan, hitting goals for doors knocked and phone calls

• Recruit volunteers and build a cohesive team of supporters

• Ensure data integrity on the campaign

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Note: a significant amount of time will be spent door knocking. Applicants should be motivated to talk to voters

Qualifications:

• Experience managing and training volunteers

• Skilled in team-based organizing

• Comfortable with managing from metrics and has an understanding of field data

• Familiarity with campaign technology platforms including VAN

• Attention to detail and strategic viewpoints

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• 1 Cycle of field experience as an FO or higher position

• Reliable access to a car

Salary: commensurate with experience
