Anjan for LCBOS is currently looking for motivated and organized individuals to join the campaign team as Deputy Field Organizers. The campaign will utilize a ground game that will turn out voters in order to win in November 3, 2015.
Position summary:
- Deputy Field Organizers are responsible for assisting the
Field Organizer, the Campaign Manager, and Candidate build political power and
executing the targeting strategy. Deputy Field Organizers will report directly
to the Campaign Manager. The position is paid.
- Job responsibilities include:
- Implementing the state field plan by completing various
voter contact shifts a week.
- Assisting the Field Organizer recruit and train volunteers.
- Coordinating with allied coalitions and campaigns field
staff.
Job Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a strong commitment to Democratic ideals, issues, and grassroots organizing. Must be excellent in personal and verbal communications. Punctual and able to work in a fast paced environment and handle tasks under pressure.
- Political campaign experience a plus
- Goal orientation and willingness to hold self-accountable
- Able to be a self-starter and without much supervision.
- Team oriented and willingness to meet weekly goals and
demands.
