Competitive NJ Congressional Hiring Field Director ASAP

[NJ Campaign 2020]

Competitive New Jersey Congressional Race is hiring a Field Director as soon as possible. The Field Director will work under the direction of the General Consultant and the Campaign Manager. We are looking for a self-starter who’s able to create and complete projects on their own. A sense of humor, adaptability, and the ability to multitask is essential.

Responsibilities: 

-Manage the field program

-Set metrics and develop a plan to ensure metrics are being met 

-Develop and implement an outreach plan for different communities in the district 

-Hire and manage field staff 

-Oversee paid canvass operation 

-Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

-2-3 cycles of field experience, at least one in a senior staff role 

-Ability to work weekends and long hours 

-Ability to work in a fast pace environment and meet all assigned deadlines 

-Access to a car, laptop, and cell phone

-Must be willing to relocate to New Jersey

-Must be able to start ASAP
