The Sierra Club is looking for a Senior Organizing Manager in the Seattle area to manage national organizing staff organizing work within the region. This individual will work with organizers to build a movement in the Pacific Northwest to combat climate change, clean up our air, protect our public lands, and move the Pacific Northwest towards a Clean Energy Economy. They will coach and develop our staff of organizers build community involvement, effective volunteer leadership development, and strong community allies to win campaigns.

This individual will have 5 years experience leading community organizing campaigns, experience and/or demonstrated ability in developing, training and coaching employees, management experience; knowledge of business operations, budget management, restricted and grant funding; In depth knowledge of the craft of grassroots organizing and the political system.
