Content Team Intern

Well & Lighthouse, LLC is a digital strategy firm that works with progressive political clients. We’re looking for a fall intern to join our fun yet fast-paced team for the fall of 2015.

Responsibilities/Tasks

-       Monitor press related to clients, track relevant media hits, and send around regular updates

-       Monitor legislative action in Congress and state legislatures and update staff when necessary

-    Assist in editing and proofing content.

-       Organize and maintain media/design libraries (stock images, press photos, fonts, style guides, and other assets)

-       Assist in photo research and selection for paid media advertisements

Skill

We’re looking for a go-getter with an interest in the intersection of politics and the Internet. Organizational skills are a must. Sense of humor strongly preferred. Though the above are the primary responsibilities of the Content Team Intern, our candidate should be ready to take on other tasks, as well as pursue interests in other departments. Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator a plus, but not required.

Monthly stipend offered depending on experience.
