2018 Mid Term Election Job Opportunity!

 

Do you want to gain experience working in this year’s exciting and historic election cycle to flip a swing district? We are looking for hard working, motivated, and passionate political advocates to be apart of our growing team of progressive leaders, and elect a noble candidate – Andy Thorburn to be the next Congressperson in the 39^th district.

 

We will be reaching out to voters from all across the diverse communities of the 39^th district for the upcoming primary on June 5^th. Outreach efforts include knocking on doors and inspiring residents from various communities to get out and vote!

 

Requirements:

·         Strong communication and persuasion skills

·         Outgoing and enthusiastic

·         Able to advocate effectively for political candidate

·         Engage in conversations with local residents and voters

·         Able to knock on doors for long periods of time

·         Able to do outreach for an average of at least 15 hours per week including weekends

·         Interest in politics, campaigns, and flipping the House seat from red to blue

·         Reliable form of transportation

·         Able to convince and push voters to get out and vote!

·         Spanish or Cantonese language skills a plus, but not at all necessary for employment.

 

Compensation: $16 / hr
