Highly competitive Red to Blue Congressional Campaign in the Detroit/Birmingham area seeks a talented, motivated, and experienced Campaign Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

• Hire and work with consultants to plan and implement overall strategy
  
• Hire/manage staff
  
• Oversee budget and track fundraising/expenditures
• Direct all campaign communications
• Coordinate with local campaigns, advocacy groups, and party committees

Qualifications:

• Significant experience on competitive campaigns at the Congressional level or equivalent, including at least one cycle of management experience
• Experience fundraising and/or managing finance staff
• Strong leadership and management ability
• On the record expertise a plus
• Michigan roots a plus but not required

Start Date: Preferably by July 15

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
