Call Time Manager for Female Challenger Race in Northern NY

Strong Female Democratic Challenger for U.S. House in Northern NY is seeking a Call Time Manager to join the campaign and flip a seat in the House! Former cycle experience is preferred but not required to apply! Offering a competitive salary with a start date of mid-August.
Seeking applicants should be looking to work in an intimate and competitive challenger race. We are a strong, communicative, and hard-working team. We believe in trusting and respecting members on this campaign and are looking for a driven and motivated call time manager. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Effectively managing and communicating with the candidate during call time
- Oversee planning, management, and follow-up of Call Time
- Working with the finance director to execute the finance plan and meet call time goals.
- Sending/Updating weekly finance reports
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date database records for the campaign.
- Managing finance assistants and interns.
- Helping build a research plan to grow the campaign’s donor base.
- Traveling with and staffing the candidate at various fundraising events around the state.
- Assisting with other campaign related activities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Confident verbal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organize and attention to detail
- Team player interested in learning and communicating on a fantastic campaign team
- Access to reliable transportation, computer, and cell phone
Additional desired qualifications:
- Previous campaign experience
- Proficiency with Act Blue, Microsoft Exell, & NGP
- Prior experience targeting and researching contributors, as well as following up with pledges.
