Deputy Finance Director - Mel Hall for Congress

Mel Hall for Congress is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Finance Director to join our growing team. The Deputy Finance Director will report to the Finance Director. The position is based in South Bend, Indiana.

 

Qualifications:

 

·      One cycle of finance experience;

·      Proven ability to manage many tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines;

·      Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends);

·      Ability to communicate and track financial information clearly;

·      Experience with Microsoft Excel and NGP is preferred.

 

Examples of duties include but are not limited to:

 

·      Call time preparation and staffing;

·      Maintaining fundraising databases;

·      Conducting donor research;

·      Event planning and logistics;

·      Managing donor correspondence;

·      Overseeing finance fellows and interns;

·      Providing general support to the finance team;

·      Other duties as assigned.
