Established New Jersey Congressional Campaign Seeks Field/Outreach Director - Full time

[Congressional Campaign]

Established New Jersey Democratic Congressional Campaign is hiring a full time energetic Field and Outreach Director. Applicant would be tasked with drafting and implementing a district wide field and outreach program for the 2016 cycle and beyond. This individual should be knowledgeable in grassroots organizing and have a working knowledge of both social media and traditional communications. Applicant must be a self starter and willing to leave their desk to meet and organize groups and volunteers for the campaign. This individual must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed. Competitive salary and benefits based on experience. 

Required skills and responsibilities:
-At Least 2 cycles of field experience preferred.
- Set, meet and exceed benchmarks for voter contact, volunteer recruitment, grassroots engagement and Election Day turnout.
-Working knowledge of social media.
-Strong communication and writing skills.
-Experience using NGP & VAN preferred.
