Job type: Full time
Compensation: $67,000 - $75,000, depending on experience
Benefits: Stipends for health insurance, cell service, office space and high speed internet

Red Cypress Consulting seeks a Senior Digital Strategist to support its clients in leveraging digital technology to win progressive change. The Senior Digital Strategist will lead projects aimed at helping movement organizations identify the tools they need, adopt them successfully and implement cutting edge strategies for digital organizing, advocacy and communications.
This is an ideal position for an experienced digital organizer, campaigner or consultant looking to get in on the ground floor with a rapidly growing, fast-paced, new company. This position involves occasional domestic travel.
Responsibilities
Manage client relationships, developing shared goals and ensuring our work advances their missions
Develop and manage project budgets, timelines and work plans
Provide expert strategic guidance regarding digital campaigning, organizing and technology adoption
Facilitate workshops and trainings to set strategy and adopt new technologies
Provide hands-on support to clients in their adoption of new tools and best practices
Design and implement digital advocacy, organizing, communications and fundraising campaigns
Support Red Cypress team with business development, including attending networking events, developing proposals and pitching potential clients
Recruit, vet and manage external consultants as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience running digital and/or data programs for political campaigns, advocacy nonprofits or other progressive organizations
Experience managing the adoption process for new technologies
Excellent writing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically
Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Deeply held progressive values and passion for social justice
Desired Qualifications
Experience with consulting or contract work
Experience with NGP VAN or EveryAction
Experience managing database migrations
Experience placing and managing digital ads
Experience with political campaigning or policymaking
Deep understanding of anti-racism and anti-racist practices
HTML/CSS/JS fluency
Spanish fluency
