NOVA Municipal Seeks Field Director

A competitive municipal re-election campaign is seeking a field director for the upcoming 2019 primary and general elections. 

Duties

• Recruit and retain volunteers
• Recruit and manage team of interns
• Set voter contact goals
• Knock doors and make phone calls

Requirements

• 1 cycle of field work.  
• Ability to work campaign hours
• VAN proficiency 
• Self motivated, strong organizational and time management skills

Experience in Northern Virginia is preferred but not required. 

Expected Start Date: May 1. Salary is commiserate with experience.
