The Position:
The ideal candidate for Campaign Manager has a strong field background as well as fundraising or fundraising supervision experience. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, and capable of supervising staff and volunteers. A minimum of two years of campaign experience is required as well as knowledge of NGP/VAN. Salary starts at $60,000/year. Opportunity for mid-campaign salary increase based on performance. Candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply; Spanish language skills a plus.
