Established New Jersey Democratic Congressional Campaign is hiring a full time energetic Field and Outreach Director. Applicant would be tasked with drafting and implementing a district wide field and outreach program for the upcoming Election as well as future races. Applicant must be a self starter and willing to leave their desk to meet and organize groups and volunteers for the campaign. The applicant should possess strong social media skills across multiple platforms to communicate with and organize voters and volunteers. This individual must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed. Competitive salary and benefits based on experience. 

 

Required skills and responsibilities:

-At Least 2 cycles of field experience preferred.
- Set, meet and exceed benchmarks for voter contact, volunteer recruitment, grassroots engagement and GOTV.
-Working knowledge of social media.
-Strong communication and writing skills.
-Experience using NGP & VAN required.
