Mid-Atlantic Statewide Field Director

Historic and competitive Democratic congressional primary campaign in the Mid-Atlantic region is currently seeking an experienced Field Director (FD) to help take our campaign to the next level.

The FD will be responsible for supervising field organizers (FOs) as well as implementing and executing the field plan.  The FD must be able to work and communicate with diverse communities.  A passion for electing Democrats is required as is the ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends. We’re looking for someone ready to make history and who can tackle the unique challenges that come with that. 

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-3 cycles of experience in campaign field operations;

• Understanding of targeting and metrics;

• Experience recruiting, hiring, training and managing a team;

• Commitment to establishing a culture of respect and community;

• Proficiency in VAN, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Docs;

• Experience developing, training and empowering volunteers;

• Previously held Field Organizer, Regional Field Director or Field Director positions;

• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle;

• Must have a working computer;

• Other duties as needed
