Field Director for Montgomery Co. Maryland Campaign

Progressive Democratic candidate for Montgomery County Executive is seeking a Field Director for a June 26 Primary. Applicants must have prior experience as a Field Director or Field Organizer.

• In consultation with the campaign team, create and coordinate earned media events
• Organize the training and efforts of grassroots volunteers
• Manage volunteers and projects, and build relationships with partners 
  
• Meet with key activists and build supporter base 
• Engage in direct voter contact outreach through methods such as door-to-door canvassing and phone banking
• Evening and weekend availability necessary
• This is a full time, temporary position; salary commensurate with experience
• Fluency in VAN
• Experience with Slack, GSuite, Microsoft Office Suite and other field tools is desirable
• Other duties as required
• Candidate must have use of a car through the election.
