DEED HR has an exciting opportunity for an individual to provide professional level HR services to DEED supervisors, employees and HR colleagues in the areas of recruitment and selection, compensation review, position allocation, contract interpretation, training, and to lead special projects assigned to streamline the hiring process.

Human Resources Specialist 1:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Management or related field of study as determined by agency Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Management or related field of study as determined by agency
At least one (1) year professional human resource experience in any of the following areas:
Three years paraprofessional human resources (HR) experience.
Human Resources Specialist 2:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Management or related field of study as determined by agency and one (1) year professional HR experience in the following areas:
Two (2) years professional human resource experience in any of the following areas:
