✔️ DevOps & CI/CD practices
✔️ Engineering team leadership & mentoring
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management

### Nice to Have:

➕ Apache Spark / Spring Batch
➕ Tableau or Power BI
➕ AI-assisted development tools
➕ AI/ML project experience
➕ Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or Splunk
