Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. This is a critical role requiring hands-on development, integration, and optimization of Salesforce systems across multiple clouds.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

• Deliver technical solutions including Proof of Concepts (POCs) after discovery sessions.

• Customize Salesforce using Apex Classes, Triggers, Controllers, and Visualforce.

• Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as NetSuite using SOAP and REST APIs.

• Deliver tech-debt projects, perform code optimization, and enhance system performance.

• Conduct code/peer reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.

• Resolve production support cases efficiently and proactively.

• Lead efforts to ensure best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Guide and mentor team members; review their deliverables for quality assurance.

• Design scalable solutions for handling large Salesforce data volumes.

• Follow and promote Agile/SCRUM methodologies for project execution.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, CPQ.

• Strong integration experience with enterprise applications (e.g., NetSuite).

• Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.

• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST APIs.

• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.

• Ability to propose, design, and deliver innovative Salesforce solutions.

Preferred Salesforce Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer II (Mandatory Preferred)

• Salesforce JavaScript Developer I (Mandatory Preferred)

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist (Mandatory Preferred)

Additional Certifications Considered:

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of Salesforce development experience.

• At least 3 years in a lead developer role.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in LWC and Lightning application development.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Engineering fields.

Communications & Leadership

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively.

• Strong client-facing and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive and highly motivated to exceed client expectations.
