Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across our engineering and platform teams. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, program execution rigor, and stakeholder management to drive large-scale initiatives from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple teams (engineering, data, platform, and product).
• Define program scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce best practices for program governance, reporting, and communication.
• Identify and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across senior leadership, product, and engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, including Agile/PI planning and execution.
• Track and report program status, KPIs, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Strong technical background with experience in cloud platforms (preferably AWS), distributed systems, or data platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex programs in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and program management frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, data platforms, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and operational excellence practices.
• Experience working with cross-geography teams and offshore/onshore models.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
