Job Title: SRE++ – Operations Support Engineer
Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite – WFO)
Duration: 4 Years (Contract)
Work Shift: Flexibility required for 24x7 rotational support
Interview Mode: Microsoft Teams
Background Check: Pre-Onboarding (BGV Required)
Travel: Yes (as needed)

Job Summary:

We are looking for Site Reliability Engineers (SRE++) with strong operations support and observability experience to join our team in Bellevue, WA. Ideal candidates will have an SRE mindset, excellent technical troubleshooting skills, and hands-on expertise with leading observability and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and resolve issues in production environments using observability tools to minimize Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR).
Serve as Incident Commanders, leading technical triage and resolution efforts in collaboration with SMEs across multiple domains.
Coordinate incident management activities in compliance with SLAs and OLAs.
Analyze and interpret data from various monitoring dashboards and observability platforms.
Participate in a 24x7 support rotation.

Mandatory Skills:

SRE and Production Support experience
Proficiency in observability tools including:

Splunk (Splunk APM, Splunk O11y)
AppDynamics
Grafana
RedMetrics
1000Eyes

Strong working knowledge of:

VMs, Load Balancers, Firewalls, API Gateways, Networking, Linux/Unix
Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
Cloud Platforms (AWS, PCF, GCP)

Experience with:

ServiceNow (AIOps, Self-Heal, Automated Playbooks)
APM Tools, NMON, Wireshark
UEM and Synthetic Monitoring

Desired Skills:

Programming knowledge in Java, Python, Go, Node.js
Experience in automation of monitoring and alerting workflows

Certifications:

Mandatory: Certified in at least one observability tool (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Dynatrace)

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills; capable of interacting with Directors and Senior Leadership.
Ability to lead high-pressure incident management calls effectively.
