Experience Required: 8–10 years

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with Pharmacy domain expertise to lead modernization initiatives for core pharmacy solutions. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders, driving product lifecycle management, and delivering solutions using Agile methodologies.

Must-Have Skills

Proven experience as a Product Owner
Strong knowledge of Pharmacy domain
Hands-on experience with legacy systems modernization
Expertise in business process analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with CVS systems and processes
Prior experience in large-scale healthcare/pharmacy IT projects

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Write and refine user stories and maintain the product backlog
Partner with stakeholders, development, and QA teams in an Agile environment
Support testing and validation of product features
Ensure alignment of product solutions with business goals and pharmacy operations

Minimum Qualifications

8–10 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and product lifecycle management
Domain expertise in pharmacy systems/processes
Ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams
