Role Overview [15+ Years, Preferably Utilities (NYS) and Solution Architect Roles with Azure Databricks and C3.]
A senior technical leadership role responsible for designing and delivering a full-stack application and its supporting infrastructure. This role is central to ensuring that BEUP 3.0 is built on a secure, reliable, and maintainable foundation that supports ConEdison's operational responsibilities and governance requirements.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Senior-level capability (L4 or equivalent) with substantial full-stack delivery experience
User Interface (UI): Angular
API Development: REST & SOAP design and development
Frameworks: .NET C#
Database: SQL, relational database design, and performance optimization Cloud infrastructure & operations:
Google & Azure
Monitoring and logging
Batch processing patterns
Message queuing and event-driven integration
Security controls, identity and access patterns, and secure configuration

Scope of Responsibilities
Translating non-technical product and business requests into clear technical requirements, solution architectures, and implementation plans
Evaluating solution designs to identify fragile, short-sighted, or non-scalable decisions and guiding teams toward more sustainable approaches
Proposing alternative implementation options when requested capabilities conflict with organizational standards, introduce unnecessary burden, or are not technically feasible
Designing solutions that account for legacy data conditions, including incomplete normalization, inconsistent source definitions, and data quality concerns
Communicating effectively with enterprise architecture, cloud services, and senior technical leadership, demonstrating credibility in formal governance and review settings
Applying knowledge of cloud provider services (message queues, API security controls, monitoring, and logging) to align architecture with operational and security requirements
Producing and maintaining technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design decision records, integration specifications, and technical review artifacts
