Sr. System Developer/Programmer The weekly hybrid schedule consists of two days on-site in Manassas, VA, and three days remote (starting on day one of position, December 1). SWIFT is seeking a Sr. System Developer/Programmer with a financial industry background along with 5+ years’ experience performing RHEL / UNIX platform development, in addition to PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) digital certificate projects, test automation and Python scripting tasks within an Agile/SCRUM backend development team. Other development members at SWIFT perform multithreading projects in Java, C++, Bash, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Unix. Also, other development team members are deep into SWIFT’s Oracle systems and handling digital Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates in addition to DevOps security projects. The interview schedule involves 2-3 rounds of interviews beginning with an on-site conference then MS Teams video meetings before an offer letter is given to the selected candidate. There will be an open-source Python coding exercise in the final round video interview. An offer letter is anticipated by November 17 to start the role on December 1, 2025.
