Job Title: Delivery Manager – Security Data Platform
Location: Irving, TX/Charlotte, NC/ Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid
Visa: H1b
Rate: $80/hr on C2C
Passport Number Mandatory for C2C roles.
Role Summary: We are hiring an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise Security Baseline Management Platform. This role requires strong expertise in data platforms, application development, integrations, and agile delivery, with a focus on building scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.
Candidates should come from cyber security background, have worked for vulnerabilities management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a centralized platform for managing security baselines and compliance data
- Drive execution across data engineering, UI development, APIs, and reporting.
- Manage Agile delivery: backlog, sprint planning, releases, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee data model design (canonical models) and migration from legacy systems.
- Ensure development of data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and validation.
- Govern delivery of React-based UI applications (enterprise-grade, accessible, responsive)
- Lead API and integration development (REST/JSON-based services)
- Ensure implementation of role-based access control and workflow-driven lifecycle management.
- Drive Power BI dashboards for reporting, compliance, and analytics.
- Own testing strategy: functional, regression, data validation, API, and UAT support
- Ensure production readiness, deployment, and post-release improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in IT delivery/program management
- Strong experience delivering enterprise platforms (data + application + integration)
- Hands-on understanding of:
- Data modeling & data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- REST APIs & microservices
- Modern UI technologies (React preferred)
- Reporting tools (Power BI or similar)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps/CI-CD practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in security, compliance, or risk platforms
- Knowledge of CIS benchmarks or security standards
- Exposure to large-scale data migration programs
- Certifications: PMP, SAFe, or Agile (preferred)
