Sr Software Engineer

Sr. Software Engineers with Strong Java Microservices, and can build Kubernetes Clusters from Scratch.

Looking for candidates that are not just given Kafka scripts and code, but those that have the ability to write them, as well. Strong SpringBoot, Strong Unix/Linux, Shell/Bash, and strong Docker and Containerization experience.

· We can more forward to Pacific Coast Time candidates that will relocate to Redmond, WA after we get over the Covid hump that Doesn’t have Wireless Telecom experience.

· Prefer Pacific Coast or Mountain Time candidates that are Covid Remote to add to the team.

· We have some rate flexibility for good candidates with 9+ years of experience for just the SSE positions.

· Good comfort level with Unix Scripting from scratch. Looking for people that are not getting their Shell scripts from DevOps teams, but doing it themselves.

· Contracts can last many years

1. Wireless Telecom experience is required, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, BT, Cisco, Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Motorola, etc…

2. The overall need is for a strong Java Microservices Backend Developer, not a Full Stack Developer.

3. Candidates need to have written Producers and Consumers in Kafka? Can they articulate the process and be willing to do this in a Screen Sharing Session during an interview?

4. Must have the ability to build Kubernetes Clusters from Scratch in a Cloud Environment, not OnPrem and have at least 3 years of Kubernetes experience

5. Must has strong Unix/Linux Command Line and strong Shell and Bash scripting experience

6. Must have strong SpringBoot experience

7. Must be able to write Docker Files
