Job Description:
Our client is in need of a Data Warehouse Technician to work with the data warehouse staff to deliver and support solutions to extract, transform, cleanse and move data into the data warehouse and through various operational interfaces.
 
.Work with the business analyst to identify and understand the source data systems
.Map source system data warehouse models
.Develop and validate extraction, transformation and loading processes
.Adapt production supported solutions to accommodate changes in the source systems to support stated business requirements
.Deliver and provide support for various 24x7 production Solutions 
.Provide on call support as needed to maintain service level expectations of worldwide user base
 
REQUIREMENTS Primary
.3-5 years experience working with large integrated data warehouse solutions
.3-5 years Oracle development experience with packages, procedures and functions in Oracle 9i and 10g
.Experience building Unix shell scripts to execute stored packages and Ab Initio Graphs
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
.Proven abilities to solve problems and perform thorough root cause analysis
