Must Have Skills: Java/J2EE, Spring, iBatis, Tiles/JSTL, Oracle/Sybase, Solution Design, Client facing, onsite co-ordination, excellent communication Desired Skills: DB2, Hibernate Job Roles / Responsibilities:      This role is a senior technologist with client facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is expected to have strong Java/J2EE, iBatis, Spring experience and proficient in architecture design and associated skills. This role is client facing and hence demands diplomatic and efficient communication skills with prior client facing experience. The mode of execution will be onsite-offshore and hence it is mandatory for the candidate to have prior experience in that model of project execution. This role brings with it full SDLC responsibilities including but not limited to interacting with client business and technology teams for Requirements Analysis, preparing Functional Specifications, assisting in architecture design, co-ordinating a large offshore team, executing the project through to implementation.
