Job Title: IBM Content Manager

• Strong understanding of IBM Content Manager software and Tivoli Storage Manager including  installation and configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven record of resolving serious system problems through vendor liaison. At a minimum, experience of taking system / application process dumps is expected.
• Able to assess and tune system performance.
• Understanding of Enterprise Content Management technologies.
• Documentation experience (procedures, system topology etc)
• Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to express technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong customer focus and experience of working for highly demanding customers in a high-pressure environment.
