In follow up to last week's webinar about making the most of Web 2.0 I
found this article on ERE.net. I was never aware that different
search engines had their own search syntax, so I found this very

Also, on ERE.net I found this article about interviewing. After
reading, I began to think about that first qualifying phone interview/
call. What would you consider to be "best practice" for these kinds
of calls? What are you looking to accomplish? Here is the article
