To all,
I’m very excited about this group’s formation and the potential for knowledge sharing. Doug is right about the diversity of recruiting needs but it all comes down to finding the right person to fit the need. I’ve been in HR and Recruiting for about 21 years and I’ve learned more about recruiting in the last two years at Jobscience than in my entire career. That means things are changing. Please introduce yourselves and let us know how things are working for you and what’s happening with your current recruiting situation.
