Good Morning!

First, I'd like to thank everybody for joing the group - this is an
exciting product and I am looking forward to building relationships
and sharing best practices. For me personally, I have been impressed
with the diversity of recruitment needs. Therefore, I think the best
place to start is to learn how everybody is using the system. So, what
role do you play in your organization and what goals are you looking
to achieve? How is it working so far? Finally, what kind of
functionality would you like to learn to make the system work even
more? Creating views? Reporting? In other words: Where are you at?
