From keeping the 'lights on', to transforming for success, we work at creating superior customer experiences for some of the largest Fortune 500 companies of the world JD : Info Sec Manager Experience : 8 -13 Yrs Job Location : Bangalore Info Sec Manager Responsibilities: Implementation, operation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System based on the ISO/IEC 27000 series standards and PCI DSS. Performs information security risk assessments for IT assets / infrastructure and applications under review, including both manual and automated processes in accordance with the information security program Assist both internal and external audits relating to information security as well as performing independent audits to validate completeness and accuracy of the information security program Develop remediation and corrective action plans with related governance and operational functions (Risk Management, IT and Compliance) plus senior management throughout the organization as necessary. Author and revise information security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines, in conjunction with the Information Security Forum. Assists with the development and operation of related compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance both with internal security policies and applicable laws and regulations. Develop supporting information security awareness, training and educational material within the team Maintain an accurate system and control inventory including identification of supporting roles Ensure perimeter security and conduct regular VAPT. Constantly review the IT architecture and ensure we adopt latest technologies and security measures to safe guard the organization. Being point of contact, co-ordinate with ERC to understand IT security requirements aspects and ensure the necessary controls are implemented. Coordinate for all IT security and compliance related queries within function. Periodic verification of IT controls (Desktop controls, Network controls, Voice controls and IT process related controls) and carries out technical compliance verification process. Ensure periodic internally executed vulnerability assessments and penetration tests are conducted and findings are tracked and closed. Ensure all the IT security incidents are logged, responded, analyzed and tracked as per the Procedure for Incident Management. Provide periodic updates on IT security compliance to Head IT IS and ISMF. Ensure business continuity / disaster recovery plans are developed, updated and tested periodically. Provide inputs and global best practices to improvise. Will help in identifying Discrepancies / gaps within existing technologies and practices for continuous Improvement Qualifications Minimum Requirements: At least 5-6 years of full-time work experience in information security management and/or related functions (such as IT audit and IT Risk Management). Typically, a background in technical IT roles such as IT Infrastructure, development or operations.
