Client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to assess metrics for business performance across a range of Quote-to-Cash business processes including quoting, pricing, sales, contracting, and revenue management.  The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-starter with excellent quantitative analysis and communication skills. 

Responsibilities
Understand customer business drivers, the as-is quote-to-cash process and use cases
Facilitate requirements workshops and perform demos
Create high quality business requirements documentation
Capture detailed minutes and action items for meetings
Collaborate with the solution architect on documenting the solution design and fit/gap analysis
Coordinate defect diagnosis and resolution with developers, configuration engineers and solution architects
Become an client expert, with deep, hands-on functional knowledge
Identify issues that could impact scope and work with the project manager to identify solutions
Contribute to the Center of Excellence with best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in analyst roles
Degree in a Business, Finance, or Engineering area
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Customer focused, action oriented and committed to driving quality results
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional-level knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
3-5 years of experience in business consultant role
Knowledge of the quote-to-cash process, specifically in the quoting, pricing, billing, and/or accounts receivable domains
Experience implementing ERP, CRM, CPQ or billing solutions
