Conduct Periodic Reviews of Existing Infrastructure as per the KPIT Policies Guidelines. Good knowledge of Routing/Switching/Security domain/Collaboration domain/Wireless(Must) 2. Identify Risks , Threats on a periodic Basis & mitigate the same(Must) 3. Guide the team & ensure awareness & adherence to Policies/procedures(Must) 4. Evaluate resources & provide constructive feedback on a regular basis and planning for team development. (Identify training needs of the team members)(Must) 5. Manage all the operations & Maintain SLA's & CSAT for NOC(Must) 6. Partner Escalation/Management to suit NOC's SLA(Must) 7. Approval of requests from team and end users 8. Up keeping of the Inventory and the AMC/warranty details and reviewing the support/contract. 9. Provide timely feedback about the team 10. Manage Incident & change control 11. Identify problems, troubleshoot and provide assistance to internal customers 12. Customer & End Client Interface to understand & facilitate problem resolution/requirement. 13. Provide required support for the Project implementation and drive internal projects 14. Provide Timely inputs for the Budgeting process, Procurement process 15. Adherence to the processes and standards 16. Co-ordination Skills(Must) 17. Team management skills. (Must) 19. Customer management(Must) 20. Excellent documentation skills.(Must) 21.
