A large New York based owner/developer that owns or manages 48 million feet worldwide. The New York
portfolio alone comprises 11 properties totaling approximately 20 million square feet, including
many large trophy properties in New York.
The Director of Engineering will report directly to the Senior Director of Engineering. The role is
very broad, covering all engineering issues associated with the buildings, in-building systems,
energy costs, and environmental problems. It covers systems for HVAC, electrical, vertical
transportation, fire and life safety. It also covers the building enclosures, including facades and
roofs.
Salary: $100 - 175k
