If you are a Voice/Data Field Services Technician with extensive Avaya Enterprise Systems and Components experience, please read on!

This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the leading companies in the industry. We are have an immediate need for an experienced Avaya Field Services technician. This position will cover a territory that encompasses roughly 40 minutes south of Chicago, IL. This position will be responsible for installing, repairing and programming complex data/voice convergence systems and components including Avaya S8XXX, Definity G3, Intuity LX Systems, etc. This role will work with a wide range of customers ranging from very large enterprise accounts to traditional small business entities.

We are looking for a comprehensive background with the following:


What you need for this position:

- Experience installing and repairing Avaya enterprise systems and components
- Strong knowledge of business communications systems, practices and technology
- IP Telephony
- Avaya Enterprise and Small Business Systems
- Complex Voice and Data convergence systems
- Experience with the design, engineering and planning process
- Experience reading and understanding blueprints and Avaya technical publications
- Any (or all) Avaya University Certifications - ACA, ACS, ACE, etc
- Experience programming, installing or troubleshooting business telephone systems.
