At Kapi• olani Medical Center at Pali Momi the mission is to improve and advocate for the health and well-being of our neighbors on Oahu. Pali Momi is located in the suburbs of Honolulu, is a 116-bed acute care, community-based hospital that offers the residents of the West Oahu community quality medical care delivered with a unique personal touch.
The Supervisor, Patient Registration will supervise and administer the daily operations of the registration functions. The department provides pre-registrations and registrations by phone, in person, and registrars are also available to visit patients in their rooms or do bedside registrations as needed. The department also verifies insurances, obtain pre-certifications and/or authorizations as necessary, and follow up on demographic and insurance/financial information for completeness and accuracy, and escorts patients to their service areas as necessary.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Management and/or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Three (3) years of progressive experience in a fast-paced corporate enviornment to include successful leadership, management, and/or supervisory experience.
Preferred: Previous supervisory experience of staff within a service industry focused on excellence. Previous experience as a successful coach or mentor.
