1994-1997 Director of Business Development
In this capacity I focused on developing and was responsible for Digi's
business in the Asia/Pacific, region including Japan. I established and
staffed sales offices in Hong Kong, Sydney, and Tokyo. I Developed
multiple distributors in each country to support and market Digi's
software and hardware products to OEMs, VARS, system integrators, and
resellers. The Digi product line consists of both, data-communication
hardware and software solutions. Primary applications for Digi's prod-
ucts are Internet access, WANS and remote access. In addition, Digi's
LAN Connect product line consists of physical layer networking
products. Asia/Pacific revenue during this period increased from $2
million to over $13 million dollars.

1991-1994 Director of Sales DigiBoard Division
Worldwide channel sales responsibility for DigiBoard's communication
hardware and software products. In this position I managed sales
through a staff of 32 sales employees involved in Distribution, VAR,
direct, international, and telephone selling. I established and staffed
both DigiBoard's European headquarters, in Cologne Germany and Asian
headquarters in Singapore. I also developed reseller and distributor
programs for both domestic and international markets. Division rev-
enue grew from $30 million in 1990 to over $85 million in fiscal 1994.
DigiBoard is the world leader in PC communication boards and software
for computer networks.

1987-1991 Distribution Sales Manager DigiBoard Division
In this position I created and implemented DigiBoard's distribution
program and managed the domestic distributor sales team to become the
number one supplier of communication PC hardware and software, typical-
ly used in UNIX computers and remote access computer connectivity.
Elements of the distribution program consisted of coop, rebates,
incentives, point of sale and trade show kits, as well as training,
technical support, stock rotation and warranty service. I signed all
leading distributors in the PC industry, including Ingram Micro, Tech
Data, Merisel, and Arrow. Distribution sales volume grew from $7 mil-
lion to $22 million during this time.

Sales Director Mirror Technologies St. Paul, Minnesota 1985-1987

This company was involved in the manufacture and sale of Apple Mac-
intosh computer peripheral and software products. In this capacity I
directed the company's total sales effort including international
distributors, national accounts, and domestic resellers. Sales were $8
million in 1987, and the sales staff consisted of 9 employees.

Region Sales Manager, Altos Computer Systems San Jose, Calif 1984-1985

Based in the Midwest, I was responsible for the sales of Altos Unix
business computers through management of Altos distributors such as,
Avnet Computer Technologies, Arrow Commercial Electronics, and Micro-
america. Day to day activity included sales and product training,
creating and implementing marketing and sales programs, along with
motivating and directing the distributor's sales representatives and
Altos resellers. Region sales revenue exceeded $8.5 million.
