Description: One of the nation's top developers of advanced optics used in commercial and defense applications has an immediate need for a top down driver of lean manufacturing/six sigma concepts/practices our Northeastern plants.
Our Six Sigma Program Champion will have experience developing policies and programs related to DMAIC and/or DMADV implementation to improve yield and greatly reduces defects, have documented experience in establishing training and developing Black Belt and Green Belts and have worked in a process manufacturing environment involving thin film vapor and vacuum deposiiton.
Company has been voted top place to work several years in a row. Commensurate with experience $90,000 - $120,000 salary plus bonuses, 401(k), tuition, stock options, full medical, and 3 to 4 weeks paid flexible vacation time.
